Delivery Issues:

Customers are requested to provide accurate address and contact details while placing orders. KINGVALIY will not be responsible for delays caused due to incorrect customer information.

Non-Delivery / RTO:

If an order is returned due to:
• Incorrect address
• Customer unavailable
• Rejected delivery
• Failed delivery attempts

then re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged Package:

If the package appears damaged during delivery, customers should record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours.
