Refund policy
EXCHANGE & REPLACEMENT POLICY
At KINGVALIY, we maintain strict quality checks for all fragrance products. Due to hygiene and personal care standards, we do not offer refunds or returns on perfumes.
We only provide exchange/replacement in the following cases:
• Damaged product received
• Wrong item delivered
• Missing item in package
• Leakage during transit
Exchange Request Conditions:
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Order ID
• Proper unboxing video
• Clear photos of the issue
Requests without unboxing proof may not be accepted.
Important Notes:
• Used or opened perfumes are not eligible for exchange
• Fragrance preference/dislike is not considered a valid exchange reason
• Minor packaging differences may occur depending on batch updates
• No refund will be provided under any condition
Replacement Process:
Once the issue is verified by our support team, replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days, subject to product availability.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
COD Orders:
Repeated fake/rejected COD orders may lead to future order restrictions.
